Main Changes
The 2025 survey marked a major expansion in scope, digging deeper into the qualitative aspects of professional life. We introduced a new section on Freelance Focus to better understand the unique challenges of independent workers (client acquisition, income stability). For in-house professionals, we added questions about business alignment and measurable outcomes to track how service design is being integrated into core business metrics.
