2024 Survey Questions

Main Changes

For the 2024 edition, we introduced critical questions about workplace culture and equity. This included explicit questions about minority identification to better understand the challenges faced by different groups. We also refined the organizational context by asking about reporting lines (which department you report to) and design maturity, acknowledging that where service design "sits" impacts its influence and compensation. Additionally, we improved the data collection for global participants by allowing them to select their local currency for salary input.
