Main Changes
In its second year, the survey expanded significantly to capture a more holistic view of the professional environment. Key additions included questions about work experience levels (Junior to VP), company size, remote work habits, and a deeper dive into benefits and compensation satisfaction. We also added demographic questions about age to better understand the generational makeup of the community.
