This was the inaugural year of the Service Design Salary Survey. It established the baseline for understanding the demographics, roles, and compensation of service design professionals globally. The survey was concise, focusing on core identifiers and salary data.

Note: Data from the 2021 survey is not currently visible in this report. The salary data was collected in brackets rather than exact values, which limits direct comparison with subsequent years. We are exploring ways to reformat and potentially include non-salary insights from this dataset in future updates.
